We’ve just arrived in Cardiff to attend 2 week Course for European Teachers on Using Technology for teaching their subjects.  We have full board accommodation with  Donna Gibson, a local lovely lady, who picked us up at the bus station and welcomed us with  a nice cup of tea.

The Portuguese sun came with us, which is great.

During these 2 weeks I expect to learn more about how to teach English / German with Technology.  Of course I do use it in the classroom and I can’t imagine myself teaching without computers, e-books, websites, … Internet but I must recognise I still must get rid of some fears and insecurity.  I’m sure that teaching tips and ideas will be shared. At the same time we get to know different people, different teachers, different cultures and different school systems.
